Back in February prior to the Waste Management Phoenix Open, TRUE Tour Ambassadors gave some lessons to a special guest: Nate Bargatze.
Nate is known for his hilarious comedy specials on Netflix and Amazon, one of which was just released January 31st on Amazon Prime Video, and his Podcast, The Nateland Podcast.
Nate himself is an avid golfer and a huge fan of TRUE. Nate and TRUE happened to sync up in Scottsdale, AZ for the WM Phoenix Open. Nate took a tour of their Scottsdale Showroom and was able to check out some of the new releases of 2023: including the all-new TRUE LUX Hybrid. After that, Nate joined up with TRUE's PGA Tour Ambassadors Chris Kirk, Joel Dahmen, and Mark Hubbard for some mini lessons.

Nate’s first lesson was about short game and chipping with Chris, who most recently won the 2023 Honda Classic.
“Do you want me to give you my overall chipping philosophy before I even watch you?”

Continuing with the short game play, Nate had a chipping contest with Joel to test what he learned from Chris all while having classic golf discussions.
“I am an everyday man. Drink a few beers and play golf.”

Nate next saw Mark, who introduced some swing thoughts and things to focus on for the long game.
“Oh yeah you’ve got a good little move!”
