If you need to return something you've purchased, whether it's not the right size, you're not digging the style or there's a warranty issue we need to address, our online returns process is quick and stress free.

Footwear, apparel and gear that is new and unworn can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or 1-time exchange. TRUE will provide a prepaid shipping label for your original return. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Excludes Second Chance footwear. For worn footwear, a $15 fee will apply as per our 30 Day Trial. We do not accept size or change of mind returns for worn apparel.
