First things first - we want you to love your new gear. If you don't, we keep things pretty simple.  

If you need to return something you've purchased, whether it's not the right size, you're not digging the style or there's a warranty issue we need to address, our online returns process is quick and stress free.

TRUE LINKSWEAR

TRUE 30 Day Trial

We want you to love your new shoes. If you don't, we keep things simple. Wear them around the house or take them out into the wild for up to 30 days. If they don't meet your expectations, let us know within 30 days, send 'em back and we'll give you a mulligan (refund or exchange).

Usually filled with fine print and hidden agendas, 30 day trials can be confusing - not ours. Complete a return form (below) within 30 days of receiving your shoes and you can expect the following.

Our 30 Day trial is valid once per pair of TRUEs. Subsequent return requests will be considered on a case by case basis, with all postage costs to be covered by the customer.

TRUE Warranties

TRUE Defect Warranty

If you feel something isn’t quite right with your TRUEs, we're happy to help. All of our products are warrantied to be free of defects for 60 days from the purchase date. At our sole discretion, we'll either repair or replace defective products with an equivalent item, or provide you with a credit to use in our online store.

TRUE Waterproof Warranty

TRUE Original, OG Premium, Lux Knit and Lux Pro are all guaranteed to be waterproof for up to 2 years. If at any time in that window your pair does not keep the elements away, we will replace them ONE time with the same or equivalent pair. If no such equivalent pair is available, we will arrive at a solution in a fair and consistent manner.

Should your pair qualify, we will have you send them in to our warranty department for assessment and follow up with our corrective action if applicable.

OTHER BRANDS

Returns

We'll accept returns on products that are in as-new condition, with all labels and swing tags intact, in their original packaging for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return postage costs need to be covered by you and we recommend using a postage service with tracking so you can keep an eye on your return. We can't be held responsible for any items lost in the mail on their way back to us.

Due to their runout nature, products purchased from our 'Last Chance' categories cannot be returned.

What about exchanges?

For simplicity and fast turnaround, we recommend you complete the returns process and then purchase your preferred replacement from our store. When your return lands back in our warehouse, we'll refund the initial purchase price (less the initial shipping cost). Alternatively, we can also process a manual exchange once your return lands back in our warehouse.

Warranty

Nobody's perfect and if you're experiencing an issue, we’ll work quickly to resolve it! Our standard warranty covers any manufacturing defects for 60 days, but excludes general wear and tear.

At the end of the day we always try to stand behind our products and believe that we have some of the highest quality brands in the industry. We treat each case individually and can quickly diagnose and work through any issues with you.
