You didn’t like your TRUEs? Need a different size? No worries, we appreciate you trying a pair! You have 30 days to get them back to us; we’ll even cover the return shipping (on domestic orders) for one return or exchange. If you’re trying a new pair/size, we’ll send out the replacement at no charge to you once your return is lodged with Australia Post.

After 30 days is up, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping but we’ll still take care of a refund or exchange as long as the shoes are in new, unworn condition. You have up to 90 days to return for a full product refund, less the original shipping cost.

TRUE linkswear Waterproof Warranty

 

TRUE Originals are warrantied to be waterproof for up to 2 years. If at any time in that window your pair does not keep the elements away, we will replace them ONE time with the same or equivalent pair. If no such equivalent pair is available, we will arrive at a solution in a fair and consistent manner. Please email us (info@jackolivergolf.com.au) with an explanation of the issue and have the original proof of purchase handy. Without it, we cannot be certain your pair is eligible for warranty. Should your pair qualify, we will have you send them in to our warranty department for testing and follow up with our corrective action if applicable.

TRUE linkswear Defect Warranty

 

Nobody's perfect and if we make a mistake, we’ll work quickly to resolve it! If you feel something isn’t quite right with your TRUEs, send us an email that explains what’s going on (info@jackolivergolf.com.au). We’ll need to verify your product falls within our warranty parameters, so please provide original proof of purchase and purchase location if outside of this website. All of our products are warrantied to be free of defects for 60 days from the purchase date. Defective products will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent product at our sole discretion.

When you buy Asher, we want you to know that you're not only buying the best looking gloves and apparel you've ever had, but also the highest quality. That's why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have any issues with your glove, whether that's a sizing issue or a warranty issue, we want to help make it right.  

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects, but excludes general wear and tear. We're also happy to exchange your glove for a different size or colour.

Submit a Return

 

To submit a return, simply complete the return form below.

Once your info is submitted, you will be directed to our returns portal where you'll be able to create and download a reply paid shipping label in order to get your parcel back to us. Be sure to pack up your order just as it came, place the label on the box or satchel and drop it off at your nearest shipping centre.

Exchanges

Once you've submitted your return request, simply re-order the appropriate item from the website - we'll ship it the following business day. Once your return parcel has landed in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the value of your returned item/s.  

  • If you are returning TRUE shoes, the first return is on us. Subsequent returns will be subject to a $9.95 handling fee to cover shipping.
  • If you are returning a glove, your refund will exclude the initial shipping cost.

Returns

A refund for the full amount (less shipping where applicable) will be processed via your original payment method once your return parcel has landed back in our warehouse. Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be cleared into your account.
