WARRANTY & RETURNS

First things first: we want you to love your new gear. If you don't, we keep things pretty simple.  

If you need to return something you've purchased, whether it's not the right size, you're not digging the style or there's a warranty issue we need to address, our online returns process is quick and stress free.

No matter the reason, we'll offer an exchange, store credit or refund for any items purchased at full price that are returned in as-new condition within 30 days of purchase. We'll also happily exchange or offer a store credit (for the amount paid) for sale items or items purchased at a discount that are returned in as-new condition within 30 days of purchase.

TRUE linskwear

You didn’t like your TRUEs? Need a different size? No worries, we appreciate you trying a pair! For all TRUEs purchased full price you have 30 days to get them back to us; we’ll even cover the return shipping (on domestic orders) for one return or exchange. If you’re trying a new pair/size, we’ll send out the replacement at no charge to you once your original order lands back in our warehouse.

After 30 days is up, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping but we’ll still take care of a refund, store credit or exchange as long as the shoes are in as new, unworn condition. You have up to 90 days to return for a full product refund, less the original shipping cost.

We'll also happily exchange or offer a store credit (for the amount paid) for sale items or items purchased at a discount that are returned in as-new condition within 30 days of purchase.

TRUE linkswear Waterproof Warranty

TRUE Originals are warrantied to be waterproof for up to 2 years. If at any time in that window your pair does not keep the elements away, we will replace them ONE time with the same or equivalent pair. If no such equivalent pair is available, we will arrive at a solution in a fair and consistent manner. Please email us (info@jackolivergolf.com.au) with an explanation of the issue and have the original proof of purchase handy. Without it, we cannot be certain your pair is eligible for warranty. Should your pair qualify, we will have you send them in to our warranty department for testing and follow up with our corrective action if applicable.

TRUE linkswear Defect Warranty

Nobody's perfect and if we make a mistake, we’ll work quickly to resolve it! If you feel something isn’t quite right with your TRUEs, send us an email that explains what’s going on (info@jackolivergolf.com.au). We’ll need to verify your product falls within our warranty parameters, so please provide original proof of purchase and purchase location if outside of this website. All of our products are warrantied to be free of defects for 60 days from the purchase date. Defective products will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent product at our sole discretion.

Asher Golf

When you buy Asher, we want you to know that you're not only buying the best looking gloves and apparel you've ever had, but also the highest quality. That's why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have any issues with your glove, whether that's a sizing issue or a warranty issue, we want to help make it right.  

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects for 60 days, but excludes general wear and tear. At the end of the day we always try to stand behind our product and believe that we have some of the highest quality in the industry. However, due to the random nature of the golf swing and grip type we treat each case uniquely and can quickly diagnose and work through the issue with you.

We're also happy to exchange your glove for a different size or colour if that's what you're after, you'll just need to cover the cost of shipping.

  • If you are exchanging TRUE shoes, the first return is on us. Subsequent returns will be subject to a $9.95 handling fee to cover shipping.
  • If you are exchanging a glove, you'll need to cover return shipping.
